Document how to run TweetwallFX

As a user, I can't find any information on how to get the Tweetwall running.

• There are several files with the name tweetwallConfig.json. Which one do I have to edit?
• How can I start the Tweetwall? There is no ./gradlew run task.
• There are several subfolders starting with devoxx. Is this project just for the Devoxx?

I am missing really basic information and documentation. I can't get this project up and running and I don't want to invest a day or more of reverse engineering to understand how to start this app. Some more information would make this so much easier.
