Support for Incident.io as Alerting provider

Describe the feature request

This is a request to add support for incident.io in Gatus.

If there is desire for this feature, I can, but others are welcome, to implement it.

Here is the API Documentation I could find.

Why do you personally want this feature to be implemented?

First off, thanks for the great project.

My organization is using it to track a number of infrastructural endpoints and it's working without issues. As part of a move to Incident.io, I'm looking to see if there's interest in the project for support of this provider.

How long have you been using this project?

Happy to open the pull request if necessary, I'm not familiar with the project development-wise so if the provider is desired and someone wants to pick up the issue, happy for it to be implemented.

Otherwise, I'll try and schedule some time soon to open a changeset.
