0031 ADMIN_ACCOUNT * Admin Account Settings - Change and validate fields - Positive

• Duplicated info

  • Having the fields in the purple box and the edit fields doubles up on info.
    You could have everything displayed in fields but greyed out and edit button. On clicking edit, the fields which are allowed to be edited, enable.

• Editable org name

  • I don’t believe a Business name should be editable by the admin after it is created in the first place. The field text is grey, but you can change this value.

• Editable email

  • Same with email – but need to understand if changing this is a common practice. This should be a support ticket job done by tech admin.

• Visual feedback on save

  • Clicking Save should give positive feedback to the user. Either Save and close or Save and message to say Save successful.

• Copy change

  • Back to Dashboard should be “Back”.

• Download as csv suggestions:

  • Users data should be sorted by UserID

  • Visits data should be sorted by Visit Date and time
