BUG - Twine Visitor Site - New Visitor Signup field validation missing

User Account: None, new Visitor

Steps to recreate:
Log into Visitor Platform via admin account
Go to Visitor > Sign up as a new visitor
Enter a 3 character name - Aaa (<3 is not allowed)
Enter 0 into the phone number
Leave email blank
Select a gender and year of birth
Click continue

Actual results:
Nothing happens

Expected results:
Either error message is shown (depending on that the rules are for field data)
or new user is signed up - QR code page is shown.
