Filter enhancement - Filter by Time

Additional feature to be developed on the Home Page for Time table view filter. The Filter should have an additional section to filter by time/day to allow T-Reps to filter courses offered at a specific time. This enhancement might need an additional section called "By Time" created on the filter alongside the "By Course" and "By Major" sections.
