Starting with the Chassis, we want to have full control over our lighting system this year.

Purpose
To improve our perception through redoing our lighting system

Goal
Quick Control of all lights on the rover through a centralized controller.

was thinking we'd use little RGB leds all around the rover, so we can also use the lighting system to signal our autonomus status
maybe use some stronger white LEDS for headlights.
Would probably want to offload computation to a microcontroller.
