Implement

A check on the first file in the dataframe to make sure it is properly linked. Do not process the entire dataset if the first file fails and exit with traceback
A check on the first file to make sure it can be opened
A check to make sure the csv path exists with a print out describing it is missing
A flag to disable datapath if so desired.
