Configuration modal showing as blank #2

I copied the source to a new project in Firefox 112.0.2 (64-bit) macOS. The configuration modal is not showing any contents but if I inspect I see it's there:

I can also reproduce this with the project I set up in Chrome last week.

The contents now load after 7 seconds!
