See mock ups for outlier tab (open to changes): https://usepa.sharepoint.com/sites/WQPDataAssessmentTeam/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx?id=%2Fsites%2FWQPDataAssessmentTeam%2FShared%20Documents%2FGeneral%2FTADA%20Dev%2FRShiny&viewid=deb12f0b%2D3d2c%2D4694%2Dbe22%2D7d262f785cce

The R package functions need to be developed (USEPA/EPATADA#47), but it might be helpful to develop both the package and R shiny app at the same time for this page. That way, we can decide what goes into the R package as a function vs what is only in the shiny app for these visualizations.

There is great example code in this open source CDC R Shiny App (available online here: https://ergapps.shinyapps.io/atsdrepc/) that was developed by ERG for the CDC that may be able to be leveraged here. Example data to run: ATSDREPCToolVignetteSampleDataset.xlsx
In this example, the code is all incorporated into the Shiny app as functions (fct) and mod files (see .R folder).
