Updating temperature munge functions to account for the additional
minandmaxtemp columns. Addresses #91Also re-ran the distance matrices to get them on my new laptop, which were rebuilt. And added an exploration script that looks into some of the observation error estimates described in #79 - I hadn't committed this file since it isn't formally in the pipeline, but it might be useful for later.
