Add an "ignore group" option to the ManagedGroupVisualization page

The ManagedGroupVisualization page is going to get very complicated, so we may want to filter on groups (eg, only show certain groups or exclude certain groups). Somehow add this filtering on the page, maybe with a form where the user can select the set of groups to include or exclude.
