Also maybe change the cooldown message to include discord's relative time thing whilst you can understand karmas codebase

Results match a raw query, however the actual problem is that there is an entry for Apollo and another for apollo. This should have been cleaned up by an old migration, but idk. Looks like karma changes Apollo, but apollo still has a load of old negative entries, so comes up in bottom.

In fact, there are more than a couple old apollo duplicates 🤣
