User can't see own liquidity under "pool"

Bug Description
When connected to a Celo Extension Wallet that has added liquidity to the Ubeswap pools, the user can't see his/her liquidity under "Pool"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://app.ubeswap.org/#/pool
2. Connect to a wallet that has liquidity
3. Check liquidity positions

Expected Behavior
All pairs in which the wallet has liquidity should appear

Additional Context
This issue is not breaking since the user can still add liquidity directly by selecting the correct pair. Right after adding liquidity, the pair to which liquidity was added appears under "Pool".
