Inactive mcUSD-mcEUR and MOO-mCELO pools displaying false info #284

Bug Description
APRs and MOO distributions on old mcUSD-mcEUR and MOO-mCELO pools are wrong. APRs are very high and MOO distributions should be 0 ever since triple staking pools were activated. The high APRs are in error making users feel like they should keep their funds in a now defunct staking pool
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to https://app.ubeswap.org/#/farm and scroll down to the inactive pools
- Observe rates on mcUSD-mcEUR and MOO-mCELO pools in the inactive pools section.
Expected Behavior
APRs should accurately reflect time-of token distributions on current liquidity. We should also make it clear in the UI that users should migrate these funds to the triple staking contract so as to further clarify the action needed.
