Welcome confusing itself in live session

In the live session, the only button is Install Now, launching Ubiquity. Any theme or layout options don't exist, however they can be launched in the start menu.

When launched you can still do whatever, but when you go back the "Install Now" button is gone.

When you go to a section that you can access (Getting Started, Introduction, etc), then go back, the button is back.

I think that if it will be in the start menu, just include it in the live session. It's basically welcome confusing itself.
