Still missing something and get get this to run...

Ok so I know nothing about programming etc. this is all very confusing to me. I have Python 3.11.4 installed. I double click on the start_ofd.py file and python flashes on the screen for a fraction of a second and disappears. I thought maybe it would run a thing where you input all your cookies and user agents from there (I got those just fine but I don't know where to put them) There was a thread called "I dont know what the FUCK im doing #1542" and I followed it. I got all the way to Step 7 (inputting "py -3 start_ofd.py" into PowerShell) and it says "Execute Script with Python 3.9" so I try it in Python and just get Syntax errors. I thought maybe I needed to open the file in notepad and edit it or put the cookies or user agent in there but no I couldn't see where to do that either... the mainline instructions are completely useless so I have no idea what to do.. Can anyone help?
