WTF is going on here - UltimaScraper-7.4.1 is from 2021 and just says "Execute the script with Python 3.9"

1. There is NO version 3.9 available of Python to download
2. Title of this repo says its for Python 3.10+ ???

I have Python 3.12 and it will not run

Instructions are terrible. Is this abandoned. Wasted a half an hour on this shite
