What is happening during that step?
Ever since I switched to 6.2.1 for an old 5.9.x version (and consequently switched to the new database format) that step has been taking ages. I had errors running the script with my old scraped files so I started a new and that step was going on a solid two days before it crashed due to disk I/O issues.
