Separate Config Option for Held Item Tooltips #45

Adding a separate option in the config menu to control held item tooltips would greatly improve customization, as currently the settings for held item tooltips and normal tooltips are unified. By adding a dedicated section for held item tooltips, players could customize them independently.
For example, I would like to disable the rarity display in the held item tooltip because I find it unnecessary there, but still keep it enabled on the normal tooltip. Right now, if I disable the rarity tooltip, it also gets disabled for normal tooltips, which is not ideal.
My suggestion is to add a new section in the EnhancedTooltips config menu called "Held Item Tooltips" to specifically customize held item tooltips. This would not only solve the customization issue but also make it clearer, since many players may not realize that the settings for both normal and held item tooltips are currently combined.
