Describe the bug
When adding a spritesheet that has rotated frames, it doesn't export with the rotated frames set as rotated in the xml.

To Reproduce
Add spritesheet. (I used the base fnf noteHoldCover sprites for example)
Generate.

Expected behavior
Besides any variables pertaining to the new position of the sprite in the generated spritesheet, the generated xml values should be the exact same as the ones imported.
