ldmadmin not running

After edex stop, ldmadim was still running. I ran kill <ldmadmin_PID> to stop it. It was stopped, but afterwards when I ran edex start, ldmadmin could not be running again. All other services are running.

Another issue happens after running ldmadmin start or ldmadmin clean:

The LDM-hostname is not fully-qualified.  Execute the command "regutil
-s <hostname> /hostname" to set the fully-qualified name of the host.

But when I run it by sudo (sudo ldmadmin clean):
sudo: ldmadmin: command not found
