Remove CUDA dependency for the Dockerfile

Why you need this feature:
The current datasetinsights docker images is based on nvidia/cuda which include CUDA dependency that is not required for the datasetinsights package anymore. These dependencies should be removed to create lightweight images.

Describe the solution you'd like:

Change CUDA base image to something else.
