• Added Image Analysis tools along with notebooks.

UTF-8 Support

• Fixed an issue where UTF-8 encoded characters could cause an exception when loading annotations and metrics
• Changed the font used for drawing labels on 2d bounding boxes to one that supports a wide range of UTF-8 characters.

Add PRs missing from the original 0.2.x branch

The original 0.2.x branch was create off master that misses a few pull requests that was intended to be included in 0.2.x branch. These PRs are #133 , #134 , #138 , #141. I rebased the 0.2.x branch to include these PRs. Hence create a new release.
