Consider moving autoSwitcher control entirely to SIS #78

The current positioning and behaviour is a bit unintuitive. If we were to move it to SIS, it could sit next to the actual selector controls, which would make sense.

So essentially, SIS would register for the appropriate show and then control various autoSwitcher tbignes without actually giving it a wsID - then we just need to ensure that stateserver does The Right Thing when there's a registration there without a wsID
