I want to use Upsilon instead of Khi to have Epsilon+KhiCAS

Describe the solution you'd like
A mini Upsilon that can be installed in Slot 2, that contains only settings and external apps support

Khi already does it. What would you like to add or change by having a mini-Upsilon ?

Khi is a stability nighmare

Donc c'est possible de faire un mini Upsilon pour remplacer le mini Khi, et donc avoir un truc plus stable pour le Epsilon + KhiCAS ?
