Joomla Data PVC should reuse existing PVs when they are available #20

What?
The Persistent Volume Claim for the Joomla data Persistent Volume forces a new PV when the stateful set is redeployed. The PVC should use labels to ensure that the volume is reused in the case of a failure or migration.
Why?
When Joomla has to be redeployed kubernetes provisions a new data volume wiping the Joomla installation. If the PV were to be reused the full akeeba restoration could be avoided in most circumstances and more uptime for the website could be guaranteed
