When I attempt to open any launcher, a window comes up saying both of those messages and I can't actually play the game.

I've looked if someone else has had the same issue but I haven't found anyone. I've tried redownloading directx but it hasn't changed anything and I've attempted uninstalling and installing again and still nothing

I can't find MGS2_VFix_debug.txt on my laptop, I've followed the instructions but it doesn't appear, idk if a log isn't appearing if it's because I can't actually open the game or not.
