New communication channel & community space

In the last RWTH-internal VILLAS meeting, we decided to improve and streamline the our communication channels between VILLAS contributors and users.

It has been decided, that we want to abandon old channels such as the FEIN e.V. Slack channel, Mailinglists and RWTH-ACS Zulip channel.

Instead all future communication should be focused here on GitHub discussions and issues.
In addition a quarterly video conference / in-person meeting is planned which will be announced inthe "Announcements" category.

With this increased transparency and visibility we hope to attract more external contributors and encourage all users of VILLAS to also post questions, ideas and usage examples in this new community space.
