Look into changing over to dxf-rs 0.6.0

It looks like in the past 2 months or so, dxf-rs might be getting maintained again. There have been commits this week, and about 1.5 months ago they tagged a new release for the first time since 2021: https://github.com/ixmilia/dxf-rs/tags

I would assume the bug that we resolved by upgrading from the 0.5.0 release to the master branch would be fixed in 0.6.0. If that's the case it's probably worth changing back to the tag released from crates.io instead of chasing a possible unstable master branch.

I just want to test and make sure that bug is fixed in 0.6.0 before actually changing back.
