add tool to rename chronicle #22

track original chronicle name when doing this so #18 can still work

if a rename already happened, track the middle name, so if chronicles went:

Empire & Exile -> Empire & Exile -> My Chronicle -> Your Chronicle

The tracked names would be:

_ (no need) -> Empire & Exile -> Empire & Exile -> My Chronicle
