这个是一个很好的想法，因为我们经常会用到各种各样的协议。然后需要深入理解太耗时间。

我的建议是分步完成：

1、一些公共协议。
比如网络协议，互联网协议，Linux相关协议。

2、专业协议。
比如电力行业的61850协议等等，这个可以是扩展的内容。

而且可以的话应该广播一下，这种好事。
