Feature Description

As the title says, it could be nice to have the Gnome Tweaks app shipped by default.
VirtualBox_Vanilla OS 2_31_01_2024_16_52_42

Rationale

This app is not available on Flathub, and it is very useful for customizing Gnome.

another app that does similar things to gnome tweaks is Toggle, but that app is very experimental and is not yet on flathub, so maybe when it does get released to flathub/flathub-beta it could be included in vanilla

It might be better to include it in the "Common Utilities" section during First Setup.
