reacharound in quark creating issue with placing slabs

slabs, when edge placed against top slabs using reacharound, will be placed in bottom slab configuration, leaving a step down and making it impossible to use reacharound to create a top slab platform.

slabs, when edge placing below a top slab using reacharound, will not be placed in the bottom slab config to create a full block. but will instead be placed in the cell directly below that one as a top slab. leaving a half block gap between the two slabs.

problem seems to be a re-occurrence of a previous issue that was apparently resolved some time ago as seen here.

This is two separate things:

• Slabs placing at the wrong height: Well, turns out these coordinates

  Quark/src/main/java/org/violetmoon/quark/content/tweaks/module/ReacharoundPlacingModule.java

  Line 91 in 64a6e6c

  UseOnContext context = new UseOnContext(player, hand, new BlockHitResult(new Vec3(0.5F, 1F, 0.5F), target.dir, target.pos, false));

  are actually supposed to be absolute coordinates. If you're below y=1 it always places top slabs instead ^^

• Combining slabs into full blocks: This would be nice but would require a slab-specific tweak I think. I'm a bit scared to touch this code.
