All are requested to follow some guidelines while uploading media from users. Those modules that do not involve such media uploads can skip the issue.
For all those who are taking uploads of user media are requested to

• Upload them to a folder by the respective usernames of users that upload the media, inside the media folder.
• Inside the user's folder you should use another folder with the app name to further organize the same.
• This two level hierarchy is compulsory for all modules to follow.
• If you want you can add extra folders inside your apps folder for any user to further organize the media.

Note: If the media is not user related you can use just your app named folder inside media folder in order to organize the uploads.
