How to implement custom activation functions? #87

I want to implement new relaxations for existing activation functions/relaxations for new activation functions.

While there are links to some materials in the repo's README (custom op in auto_LiRPA doc and code for custom op example, these examples don't involve:

how to initialize parameters for optimizable slopes
how to handle patches (is there some documentation/a paper that explains how these patches work?) or
how to handle splitting.

Can you give me some hints or references to look into?
