Cordova Windows Build.

Hi,
I am using this plugin for windows phone 8.1/10 app, but the plugin is not working.
cordova plugin add com.verso.cordova.clipboard
cordova.plugins.clipboard.copy("dfsd", function (text) { debugger; }, function (tex) { debugger; });

It is always returning error.
Could anyone help me out.
