unless the Prize be Twenty Pieces of Eight, or upwards. For a like Billet in the second Class he pays two Pieces of Eight. For a Billet in the third Class three Pieces of Eight; and four for a Billet in the fourth Class: So that the Price of a whole Ticket to go through the Lottery is Ten Pieces of Eight.

Adventurers in the first Class have a Right to go thro’ the subsequent Classes, but are not obliged to do it. If any neglect or decline taking out, or paying the Price of their Billets for a subsequent Class, till within three Days of the Drawing of such Class, the common Stock is to have the Benefit of it to the End; unless such Adventurers have left equivalent Prizes for that Purpose in the Hands of the Managers, which is the same Thing as paying: And the greatest Number of Prizes in the first, second, and third Classes, are made just the Price of a Billet in the Class next succeeding, tha

in the next succeeding class, as shall not be renewed
within the time hereinafter limited. Every adventurer
in the frat class shall have a right to go through the sube
classes, but shall not be obliged to do it. Tae
drawers of twenty, thirty and forty dollars, in the first,

second and third elaeaes, who do not apply for their
money within six weeks atter the drawing ends, shall be
deemed adventurers in the next sussceding class, and
have their billets renewed without any further trouble. If
any others shall neglect or decline taking out and paying
the price of their billets, for a subsequent class, within
six weeks after the drawing ends, their billets will be sold
to the adventurers in the preceding class, or to such as
shall apply for the same. The fortunate a iventurers in
the last class, who draw fifty dollars, shall, upon applit
cation to the Commisponers of the inan omlites in the ree
States where the drawers reside, receive their
money without any deduction for the sums drawn--bank
treasury notes payable at the end of five years after the
drawing, at the Loan office of the State in which the
