增加重启Alist的按钮，以便在Alist服务出现卡死、挂载访问大量数据后持续传输等异常情况时能够重启服务

如果可以的话，Rclone也可以来一个重启按钮

最主要是被这个问题折磨，重启可以解决

如果能够给右键托盘图标增加重启服务的菜单项也可以
