Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Want to add the support for bluepill microcontroller as it is widely used and available.

Describe the solution you'd like
By using the existing arm_v7 related architecture code and if needed doing some changes, would like to create new platform for STM32F103 series of microcontrollers.
