This would trigger the same way as rift blink (you would need to add a line that they cant be used with eachother)
the catch with the trigger, is i have fall detection on blink so people cant cheat death with that skill, this one i would remove that so you can 100% rewind from a falling to death instance.
The skill would level, and the level would be up to 5 (configurable), and for each level is a second (configurable) added to the rewind. but the cooldown must be tantamount to the rewind duration plus 1 second, so longer is not always better in pvp, and to prevent people from timelooping themselves (suboptimal)
Effect should put the player in invis and "rewind them" or something / they cant be damaged in this state, and are sent back to the start where their health, saturation, and stuff are retained (dont track inventory because thats just asking for trouble, and dupes.) and play the totem death animation with a clock instead if possible
