Adding rgb to Pointcloud2 in ROS 2

My environment is Ubuntu 22.04, ROS 2 Humble.
NebulaGUI had a function to add rgb to Pointcloud. In ROS 2, Pointcloud is only available in white. So, I think it can be improved by fixing the part below, but how can I fix it so that RGB is included?
