Unsure on removing windows and reverting to stock #76

I've followed the FFU guide to install Win 11 Arm on Duo 1.
After trying Windows, I now want to revert back to just stock Android.

I've checked the page Uninstall Windows and revert your Surface Duo 1st Gen to stock but it mentions that if I am not knowingly using a Custom Trusted Boot Certificate then I'll need to revert any modifications. Is that only if I've done anything extra rather than just the FFU install?

Is it safe for me to follow the uninstall guide?
