Yes, probably.
And for the PI?
The rio and the PI differ in that one is soft float ABI and the other is Hard. I'm not sure which is which but I think you need to account for this.

Yeah, if ARM's supported I'd do sf and hf

Yes, absolutely. We need it for the roborio. The roborio is soft float, the PI is hard float.

Wasn't the plan to get the roborio stuff into the image?

Yes, but we need maven packages so we can cross build (and get the files for the eclipse plugins so teams can cross build) The maven packages won't be used on the robot itself (an ipk package will be used for that).
