I can not find any information on what is required to connect to Google Cloud Storage.

There is google.ConfigProjectId which is self explanatory.
There is google.ConfigJSON which could be anything.
There is google.ConfigScopes which has nothing telling you what the valid scopes are or what is minimally required.

Can someone fill us in on how to get this to work?
