Fault tolerance in cycler station

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Decide what to do if cycler station fails during its execution. Related to docker, the container used to deploy the cycler will remain deactivated and locking the container's name. It means that if the cycler is launched againg, using the deploy.sh cycler Int command, docker will answer with and error because the container's name is already in use.

Describe the solution you'd like
Modify deploy.sh script to remove the failed container before creating the container again.

Describe alternatives you've considered
After any error occurs, the cycler script may control it usign different strategies:

• Relaunch
• No relaunch
• auto restart script loop
