The CLI tool should support the following features

Accept params like - name of the project, description, if git repo needs to be initialized
Choose from 3 options which repo to use as a template - namely - web2, web3 or ai template

The task for starting would be to decide the language which can be used to develop the cli. There are three main options

nodejs and javascript
golang
python
