Issue with scroll in auto suggest box

Hi,
This is a great chip component with autocomplete I have been looking for. Keep up the awesome work!
There is an issue with scrolling in autosuggestion box.

Steps to reproduce:

• open demo page (http://webpaperelements.github.io/paper-input-autocomplete-chips/components/paper-input-autocomplete-chips/demo/index.html) and scroll down to section "An example of new :"
• click on toggle disabled twice to disable and enable
• then focus on the chip element auto suggest box opens
• try to scroll it starts to lose it focus and user will not be able to scroll

In local I am seeing this issue in the first place itself even without toggling disable.

Hi!

Dunno if this is related to my problem, but, is this also possible add an option to remove mouse event listener ? When I move mouse over the drop-down, it scrolls with a weird behavior making difficult to select desired entry (if there are more than 2 entries).

Can be reproduced by entering "A" in autocomplete input in demo.

Thank you for your awesome work anyway! Except this drawback, the component is really, really great!

@ZeBigDuck Thnx for your feedback, i'll consider your suggestion and add this option to ignore the mouse listener!
