Describe the issue

Most of the forms are really not responsive, making it annoying to use on mobile.

I already tried

  • I've read and searched the documentation.
  • I've searched for similar filed issues in this repository.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Try to donate / purchase service.
  2. You end up on the billing information view, which is not responsive.

Expected behavior

Use the UI on the mobile comfortably.

Additional context
