[Bug]: PS Plus App Stuck installing

Description

Tried running the installer in Windows 11 or Windows 10 bottles but it gets stuck.

Steps to reproduce

Navigate to PS Plus App PC landing page download the installer: https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/subscriptions/ps-plus-pc/
Create Windows 11 or Windows 10 bottles and select run with the PlayStationPlus-12.2.0.exe
Gets stuck Configuring Playstation Plus

Expected behaviour

App installs and is ready to run
