While doing some diagnostics found out that something changed in syslog priority implementation

Describe the bug
This is 100% only a problem for diagnostic code.

While using void hcom_nx_diag_print_buffer (a diagnostic tool), found that it would not work. The reason was that the code that was designed to honor the Nuttx syslog priority system no longer was working. I just didn't have time to do an investigation .

The code is currently commented out in nuttx/configs/stm32f777zit6-meadow/src/hcom_nx/hcom_nx_common_utils.c line 201 - 206.
